This site was built for Netscape Navigator 4.x and up and Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.x and up. We strongly recommend the use of the latest versions of Netscape Navigator and Microsoft Internet Explorer to view this site. This site does support older versions of Navigator through version 3.x and Explorer 3.x, however some features may not be available.

We strongly recommend viewing this site at 800 x 600 or greater resolution and at the highest color setting (24 bit true color recommended) that your monitor allows. If you feel you're seeing distorted colors, check your monitor settings.

Microsoft Internet Explorer users that have set the Text Size property to larger or smaller may experience problems viewing text in some areas of this web site. To eliminate this problem, please go to the View menu > choose the Text Size option > select Medium for your text size.
